About Us

John Young Wildlife Enterprises (JYWE) is totally dedicated to the conservation of Australia's wildlife and environment.

JYWE began as a film and television production company and has since expanded to run wildlife tours, produce birding guides and consult for State and Local Goverments on environmental issues.

JYWE has a photographic library which includes over 11 000 images of Australia's landscapes and wildlife and a film library which contains over 200 hours of broadcast-quality footage of Australia's landscapes and wildlife. Both libraries feature many of Australia's rare and endangered animals.

In July 2007, JYWE made the switch to High Definition and is now one of only a few Australian companies to be filming the natural world in HD.
